MyBundlePro ("we," "us," or "our") is a software-as-a-service platform built and operated by Overton Insurance Solutions, LLC, an Arkansas company headquartered at 813 Oak St, Ste 1, Conway, AR 72032. MyBundlePro provides interactive point-of-sale and cross-sell workflow tools for licensed insurance agents.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party services you connect.

2.1 Information you provide

• Account information: name, email, phone number, agency or company name, password (stored encrypted)
• Billing information: payment method details (processed and stored by our payment processor — we do not store full credit card numbers)
• Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, agency name, inquiry type, message content
• User-generated content: data you enter while using MyBundlePro, including bundle configurations, quotes, client preferences, and notes
• Communications: emails, messages, or feedback you send us

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks, and similar interaction data
• Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and may use analytics cookies to understand how MyBundlePro is used

2.3 Information from third parties

When you connect MyBundlePro to third-party services (such as your CRM, calendar, or quoting tool), we may receive information from those services as authorized by you.

3. Client Data You Enter

MyBundlePro is a tool for licensed insurance agents. When you use it with your clients, you may enter your clients' personal information into the platform (names, contact info, health information, coverage details).

This client data belongs to you, not to us. We process it only to provide the MyBundlePro service to you. We do not use your client data for marketing, sell it to anyone, or share it outside the service providers needed to operate the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consents from your clients to enter their information into MyBundlePro and for complying with all applicable privacy laws regarding client data.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain MyBundlePro
• Process subscriptions, payments, and refunds
• Send you account-related communications (receipts, security alerts, updates to terms)
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Send you product updates, tips, and educational content (you can opt out at any time)
• Improve and develop new features
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Who We Share Information With

We share information only as needed to operate the service or as required by law:

• Service providers: hosting infrastructure (cloud hosting), database storage, payment processing, email delivery, customer relationship management, and analytics. Each provider is contractually bound to handle data securely and only for the purposes we authorize.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, court order, or government request
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
• With your consent: when you direct us to share with a specific party (e.g., integrating with your CRM)

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted password storage, secure cloud hosting infrastructure, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. We work hard to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 90 days in case you return, after which it is deleted from active systems. Backups may persist for an additional 30 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct: ask us to update inaccurate information
• Delete: request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Export: request your data in a portable format
• Opt out: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or contact us
• Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you previously gave for processing

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for authentication, security, and to remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or similar) to understand how MyBundlePro is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent MyBundlePro from working correctly.

10. Children's Privacy

MyBundlePro is intended for licensed insurance agents and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Users

MyBundlePro is operated from the United States and intended for use by U.S.-based insurance agents. If you access the service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
